Celebrating National Women's History Month with Women@SoFi

As we come together to commemorate Women's HERstory Month in March here in the U.S. and prepare to celebrate International Women's Day (3/8/24) globally, it's crucial to reflect on the significance of these occasions in recognizing and honoring the invaluable contributions of women worldwide. These observances not only serve as reminders of the struggles and triumphs throughout the world and across time, but also as platforms for advocating gender equality and female empowerment in our present-day society.

Here at SoFi, the importance of female empowerment, development, and advocacy cannot be overstated. For 2024, our internal employee resource group, Women@SoFi, is proud to showcase the theme for the month: "EmpowHERed Voices: Fueling Change through Doing What’s Right”. By championing the rights and opportunities of women, we not only create a more inclusive and equitable world but also unlock the full potential of our communities and economies. This month, let's reaffirm our commitment to supporting women's voices, leadership, and agency, and strive towards a future where every woman and girl can thrive and contribute to a better tomorrow.”
